Not a bad figure, really. The disappointments on this figure are the tentacles, the sun glasses and the figure's overall balance. The tentacles are posable, slightly, on the top two then not at all on the bottom two. The bottom tentacles are floppy, gummy rubber. The claws are articulated, however. The sun glasses don't really stay on. The slightest bump will cause them to fall off. This figure has a hard time standing up. The joints are loose right out of the packaging and the tentacles cause real balancing problems. It took me an hour to get him into a decent standing position and I'm an experienced long time action figure collector. Once he's standing and secure he's not a bad figure. He certainly isn't worth the $50 the scalpers are gouging us for on amazon, but he's fun to look at and a pretty decent representation of Alfred Molina in Spider-Man 2. A much better figure than the Marvel Legends Series 8 Dr. Octopus.

I sent this as a gift to my baby brother for his 4th birthday and he absolutely loved it! He is a huge Doc Ock fan. He couldn't be happier.
